Need help with something specific?
Email the issue and the Orbit and iOS versions you are using. Do not send passwords, a complete business database, financial-account details, or sensitive information unrelated to the issue.

Will editing a product change past orders?
No. Saved orders keep product, category, and transaction-price snapshots, so later edits do not rewrite history.
